Premier Paper Session and Live VARS Award Competition
A.S.P.E.N. is dedicated to the advancement of research in nutrition support therapy and has dedicated this Premier Paper Session to highlighting the highest-scoring original abstracts submitted for CNW. This is your opportunity to hear firsthand the cutting-edge research that helps to shape clinical practice for all disciplines involved in nutrition support.
As part of this exciting session, presenters will be competing for the Harry M. Vars Award via live presentations. This award serves as a tribute to Dr. Vars and his pioneering developments in total parenteral nutrition and is given annually for the best original research presentation by an investigator at Clinical Nutrition Week. The recipient of the award is selected onsite by the A.S.P.E.N. Research Committee based upon a review of manuscripts submitted by qualified candidates, and their presentations at the Premier Paper Session. The award recipient will be announced at the Rhoads Lecture and Research Award session Tuesday morning. Come cheer on the candidates and hear the best of the best research at CNW11!
