Syed-Mohammed Jafri MD is a Gastroenterologist and Transplant Hepatologist at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY and raised in Detroit, Michigan. His education includes a Residency in Internal Medicine at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Gastroenterology Fellowship at the University of Texas and Transplant Fellowship at the University of Michigan.
