Jessica Monczka, RD, CNSC, is a Regional Nutrition Manager for the Restore+ Nutrition Program at Option Care Health. She has been practicing as a nutrition support dietitian for more than 20 years. Her background includes adults, pediatrics, and NICU, from critical care to the clinic. She is a past President of the Colorado chapter of ASPEN and has served on various ASPEN committees including the Education and Professional Development and Parenteral Nutrition Safety Committee. Jessica served as the ASPEN Dietetics Practice Section Newsletter Editor for many years and has been published in peer reviewed journals. She is focused on education and identifying opportunities to reduce the gap between society guidelines and bedside practice.
