| Jacob Hall is a clinical pharmacy specialist at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center practicing on the Nutrition Support and Critical Care teams. He went to the University of Arizona for his undergraduate studies followed by pharmacy school at the University of Houston where he obtained his Doctorate of Pharmacy. He did his PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at Valley Baptist Medical Center-Harlingen in Harlingen, Texas, and his PGY-2 in Critical Care at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and has 13 years of experience. He is a board-certified nutrition support pharmacist and has had publications on commercially available premixed PN, ethanol locks, and lipid emulsion use in the ARDS, as well as national presentations on nutrition support in cancer patients, and short bowel syndrome.
