Molly Yeselson is a young adult from Washington, DC, living with intestinal failure due to mitochondrial disease. She has extensive experience as a patient advocate and is particularly passionate about improving the transition between pediatric and adult healthcare systems for HPEN-dependent patients like herself. Since 2020, Molly has served as the Patient Representative on GEDSA's ENFit Clinical Advisory Board. Molly also volunteers in a variety of roles at Children's National Hospital, including serving on the hospital's Youth Leadership Advisory Council and Volunteer Services Advisory Committee. She attended Scripps College and was appointed to the COVID-19 Student Advisory Group, where she advocated for disabled students' accessibility needs during remote learning and upon return to campus. Molly will begin her M.S. in Health and the Public Interest at Georgetown University this summer. By sharing her experience with clinicians and industry leaders, Molly hopes to demonstrate that long-term TPN isn't just life-sustaining - it's life-giving.
