Dr. Lucia Aronica, PhD, is Lecturer at the Stanford Prevention and Research Center, R&D Lead, Genomics, at Metagenics Inc, and lead Instructor in Epigenetics for the Stanford Genomics Certificate. She is a passionate teacher, acclaimed presenter and TEDx speaker, and board advisor for companies and non-profit organizations in the precision-health space. Her research investigates how food can affect the activity of our genes through epigenetics, and how we can use this information to design personalized lifestyle interventions. She has published research papers in top-ranked peer-reviewed journals such as Cell, Genes and Development, and the EMBO Journal.
